* 特别注意事项 *

Matters needing special attention

1)      控制柜机箱,加热炉导轨,台架各接地点,必须可靠接地,接地电极应符合国家标准:GB/T 2900.73-2008.CBJ66-53。

Control cabinet chassis, heating furnace guide and all ground points of stage must ground reliably, the grounding electrode should accord with national standard: GB/T 2900.73-2008.CBJ66-53.

2)                             必须先切断电源,放电后才能打开机柜,加热炉防护罩。严禁带电检修。检修必须由专业电工进行。

The power firstly must be cut off, and after discharging can equipment cabinet and heating furnace protective cover be open. Strictly prohibit examining and repairing with electricity. The examination and repair must be conducted by professional wireman.

3)                             必须使用软化水。水泵吸水口必须加过滤装置。

Softened water must be used. The filter units must be added at water pump inlet.

4)                             控制柜和加热炉之间的连接电缆附近300mm内不能放置金属物品。严禁将金属物品压在电缆上。

Metal can not be placed within 300mm near the connecting cable between control cabinet and heating furnace. Strictly prohibit pressing the metal on the cable.

5)                             设备周围用30mm干燥木板作成工作踏台。操作人员必须在踏台上操作,严禁直接站在地上操作。

Make working horse block using dry board of 30mm around the equipment. Operating personnel must operate on the horse block, strictly prohibit directly standing on the ground to operate.

6)              每班至少观察加热炉镗二次,发现2mm以上裂纹,或有掉块现象,应立即停止工作进行修补,或重新打结炉衬

Per shift should at least observe the heating furnace twice, when seeing fissure above 2mm, or block falling, immediately stop the work to conduct repair or rammed lining again.

前言

Preface

感应加热是根据电磁感应原理,中频大电流流向被绕制成环状或其它形状的加热线圈(通常是用紫铜管制作)。由此在线圈内产生极性瞬间变化的强磁束,将金属等被加热物质放置在线圈内,磁束就会贯通整个被加热物质,在被加热物质内部与加热电流相反的方向产生很大的涡电流,由于被加热物质内的电阻产生焦耳热,使物质自身的温度迅速上升利用工件中涡流产生的热量进行加热的。它加热效率高、速度快、可控性好,易于实现高温和局部加热。

Induction heating is according to electromagnetic induction principle that medium frequency heavy current flow direction is coiled to cyclic annular or other figurate heater coil (generally made by red copper pipe). Through this strong magnetic bundle whose polarity is instant changing is produced in the coil, place metal and other heated substance in the coil, the strong magnetic bundle will be through the whole heated substance, strong eddy current will be produced at the direction opposite to the heating current internal of the heated substance, for the resistance in the heated substance produces joule heat, which makes the temperature of the substance itself rapidly rise, use heat produced by eddy in the workpiece to conduct heating. The efficiency of heating surface is high, the speed is rapid, and the controllability is good, which is easy to realize high temperature and local heating.

中频大功率感应加热装置,多年来一直采用可控硅做为开关器件。由于不能自行关断、效率低,负载稳定性差,在轻载运行过程逆变器输出电压出现间歇式振荡,因此在中频大功率场合采用IGBT半导体器件代替可控硅器件势在必行。采用IGBT半导体器件的感应加热装置具有效率高、对工件具有升温快,易于控制,氧化脱碳少,工艺质量可靠等优点。因此采用IGBT来实现大功率感应加热电源是明智的选择。

Medium frequency high power induction heating apparatus, for many years has adopted silicon controlled as switching devices. Because it can not shut off by itself, the effect is low, the stability of the load is bad, and in fractional load running process the output voltage of the inverter appears to batch-type oscillate, so in the occasion of medium frequency high power, adopting IGBT semiconductor apparatus replacing silicon controlled apparatus is imperative. The induction heating apparatus adopting IGBT semiconductor apparatus has high efficiency, to the workpiece it has warming rapidly, easily controlling, little oxidation and decarbonization, reliable process quality and other advantages. 一.产品简介

Product introduction

1.采用德国西门子IGBT变频,电压反馈串联谐振电路。变换效率高达97.5%以上。

Adopt IGBT frequency conversion of German Siemens and voltage feedback series resonance circuit. The conversion efficiency is reaching up to above 97.5%.

2.可调节加热保温过程的功率、时间、有利于提高加热的质量和加热的重复性, 简化工人之操作简单。

The power and time in the process of heating and heat preservation can be adjusted, which may be useful to promote heating quality and heating repeatability, simplify workers’ operation.

3.安装简单,接上三相380V电源、进水、出水即可,几分钟可完成。

The installation is simple, connecting the three phase power of 380V, inlet and outlet is all right, it may be finished in several minutes.

4.与相同功率等级的可控硅中频感应加热设备相比,IGBT高频的体积缩小  了1/2,重量减轻2/3。节水20%,节电30%。占地极小,操作简单,几分钟即可学会。

Comparing with medium frequency induction heating equipment of silicon controlled with same power level, the volume of IGBT high-frequency reduces by a half, the weight lightens by 2/3, water saving 20%, saving electricity 30%. Cover a small area and the operation is simple, and it may be learnt in several minutes.

5. 不论输出功率的大小,功率因数始终不小于0.95。任何负载下均可100%启动成功。具有频率自动跟踪的功能,在全过程中始终能够保证高功率因

No matter the output power is high or low, the power factors are throughout not less than 0.95. It can be successfully starting at 100% under any load. Being equipped with the function of frequency automatic tracking, it can throughout promise the high power in the full process.

6.取代反射炉、煤气发生炉等,加热无明火产生,符合国家消防安全条例。

Replace the reverberatory furnace and gas producer etc., there is no light fire producing when heating, and it accords with national fire protection safety rules.

7.拥有双闭环控制功能,最大程度高效快速加热,优化金属工件的加热过程。

Having double close-loop control function may heat rapidly with high efficiency furthest and optimize the heating process of metal workpiece.

二.操作面板功能简介

Instruction of operation panel functions

1、振荡频率表——显示正常工作时的工作频率,单位(KHz或Hz)

Oscillation frequency meter---- shows the working frequency when normally working, unit (KHz or Hz)

2、  振荡电流表——显示正常工作时的振荡电流,其数值仅供参考

Oscillating amperemeter---- shows the oscillating current when normally working, the value is for reference only.

3、  直流电流表——指示正常工作时的直流电流,单位(A)

Direct current ammeter ---- indicates the direct current when normally working, unit (A)

4、  直流电压表——指示正常工作时的直流电压, 单位(V)

Direct current voltmeter----indicates the direct current voltage when normally working, the unit (V)

5、  电源指示灯——设备处于通电状态时显亮

Power light----lightens when the equipment is under the power-up state

6、  工作指示灯——正常工作时显亮

Work indicating light----lightens when normally working

7、  过流指示灯——设备有故障时显亮

Overcurrent indicating light----lightens when the equipment has fault

8、  超温指示灯——水温过高时显亮

Overtemperature indicating light----lightens when the water temperature is too high

9、  过压指示灯——电网电压过高时显亮

10、            欠压指示灯——电网电压过低时显亮

三.操作说明

Operating instructions

一、设备安装

Equipment installation

  1. 设备应放置在无剧烈振动的地面或工作台上,接入三相四线380V的电网。

The equipment should be placed on the ground without violent vibration or on the working stage and connected in the power grid of 380V with three phase and four wire.

  1. 水源由水泵从蓄水装置供入设备的进水管,可循环使用以节省水资源。必须使用经过软化处理的软水,以免结垢堵塞水路,引起不必要的故障。

Water is supplied by water pump from the water storage device to the water inlet of the equipment, and it can be recycling to save the water resource. The soft water through softening process must be used to avoid its scale-formation blocking the waterway which may lead to unnecessary fault.

  1. 电源柜可放置在感应器的旁边,适当调整位置以方便操作,但间距尽可能的小。

Power cabinet can be placed beside the inductor, properly adjust the position to operate conveniently, but the separation distance should be short as much as possible.

  1. 电源柜的水路为一一对应关系,即进水—进水,出水-出水,插接确保无渗漏。

The waterway of the power cabinet is with one-to-one correspondence relation, namely inlet—inlet, outlet—outlet, make sure that peg graft is with no leakage.

  1. 5.      在感应器装置附近打一地线,使感应器装置上面的接地端子直接与大地可靠相连。地线的连接应符合电工规范。(GB/T 2900.73—2008GBJ65--83

Set a ground wire nearby the inductor device and make the grounding terminal on the inductor device directly and reliably connect with ground. The connection of grounding wire should apply to the electrician standard. GB/T 2900.73—2008GBJ65--83

  1. 感应器与电源柜确保连接安全可靠。连接线应加装防护装置,不得踩踏连接线,不得往连接线上面堆放任何金属物料。在设备周围必须设置安全防护措施,用30mm厚的干燥木板做工作踏台。

Make sure that inductor and power cabinet connect safely and reliably. Connecting line should extra install protective device, and do not step on the connecting line, do not pile up any metal material on the connecting line. Safeguard procedures must be set around the equipment and use dry board with thickness of 30mm to make working horse block.

二 、操作说明:

Operating instructions:

  1. 本设备安装并由经调试人员调试后,方可交与实际操作人员开始使用。

After the equipment installed and debugged by the debugging personnel can it be given to actual operating personnel to use.

  1. 操作人员应详细阅读操作说明书,并熟记操作步骤后方可进行操作。

Operating personnel should read the operating manual in detail, and can operate after memorizing the operating steps.

三 操作顺序:

Operation sequence:

  1. 接通水泵,确保水流通畅,并无渗漏现象。

Connect the water pump, make sure that the water flow is smooth without leakage.

  1. 合上380V电源闸刀。

Switch on the knife switch of 380V power.

  1. 开启电源装置前面板(以下称为控制面板)上的电源开关按钮,并检查直流电压表振荡频率表振荡电流表电源指示灯是否正常显示。如正常显示,方可进行下一步的操作。

Open the power switch button on the power device front panel (hereafter referred to as control panel), and check whether the direct current voltmeter, oscillation frequency meter, oscillating amperemeter and power light are normally showing. If so, next operation can be conducted.

  1. 按控制面板上的启动按钮,即可对工件进行加热,待加热完毕后按停止按钮。

Press the start button on the control panel, then workpiece can be heated, after heating finished press stop button.

(注意:严禁空载运行!)

(Attention: strictly prohibit empty running!)

  1. 当操作人员下班或需长时间休息时,应使设备处于完全停止状态,即停止加热

关闭控制电源      断开电源闸刀      关掉水泵。

When the operating personnel get off work or need long time for rest, the equipment should be under the state of entire stop, namely stop heating  → close control power →switch off power knife switch → shut down the water pump.

五.注意事项 Matters needing attention

  1. 1.            三相电源线应选按技术参数的电流根据电工规范选择,零线应选用≥6 mm2铜线,保证连接可靠,并定期检查是否有脱落或松动现象。

Three phase power line should be selected as per the current of technical parameters according to the electrician standard, the null line should select copperwire greater than or equal to 6mm2, make sure that the connection is reliable, and periodically check whether there is shedding or loosing.

  1. 2.            必须先通水(2-3分钟)后通电工作,保证水源清洁,水温不宜超过50℃,如水温过高,则应暂停使用。

The electrifying work must be done after injecting water (two to three minutes), make sure that the water is clean, water temperature should not exceed 50℃, if the temperature is too high, then stop using.

  1. 3.            设备正常运行时,严禁打开电源柜门和炉体的绝缘护板;严禁触摸设备内外各接线端子!

When the equipment is normally running, opening the power cabinet door and insulated guard board of furnace body is strictly prohibited. All the binding posts inside and outside of the equipment are strictly prohibited to touch.

  1. 4.            开机前,应将功率调节旋钮逆时针调置最低,待启动加热后顺时针缓慢调节旋钮到合适位置。应根据不同的工件及工艺要求来调节电流大小。

Before starting the machine, power adjusting button should be anticlockwise adjusted to the lowest, after starting to heat, clockwise and slowly adjust the button to proper location. The current should be adjusted as per different workpieces and technological requirements.

  1. 5.            更换感应器时,必须切断电源应使设备处于断电状态。待面板的直流电压表的指示值为0时方可进行操作。

When changing the inductor, the power must be cut off making the equipment under the state of power off. Operation can be conducted after the indicating value of direct current voltmeter of the panel is zero.

  1. 6.            设备如需维护或检修时,必须先停止工作断开电源,待直流电压表指针降置最低后方可进行!

In case that the equipment needs to maintain or examine and repair, firstly stop working and cut off the power, conduct after pointer of direct current voltmeter descending to the lowest location.

八.炉体使用说明及注意事项

Furnace body using instruction and matters needing attention

透热炉感应器,又称贯通式感应器,根据加热工件的长短和工件的直径大小,感应器有长有短。但总的来说,透热感应器一般是比较长的(指加热工件轴向方向),其目的是为了在加热工件节拍不变的情况下,能保证加热温度和芯表温差。

Diathermanous furnace inductor, is also know as through-type inductor, it is long or short according to the length of heating workpiece and the diameter of the workpiece. Generally speaking, diathermanous inductor is long (points the axial direction of heating workpiece), the aim is to guarantee heating temperature and core meter temperature range on the occasion that beat of the heating workpiece is unaltered.

  1. 透热感应器的炉衬装配形式目前基本有两种,一是打结式炉衬,二是装配式炉衬。本透热感应器的炉衬采用的是整体打结式。

There are basically two assembling forms of diathermanous inductor’s furnace lining, the first is knot type furnace lining while the other is fabricated furnace lining. The furnace lining of diathermanous inductor adopts entirely knot type.

  1. 不管是打结式炉衬,还是装配式炉衬,长期在高温下工作都会发生变化(主要是热胀冷缩和氧化)。如使用不当,还会出现加热材料碰撞和挤压炉衬现象。所以炉衬的使用是有一定的期限的。这主要视使用过程中情况如何。

No matter it is knot type furnace lining or fabricated furnace lining, when for long time working under the high temperature it is certain to change (mainly is expansion and contraction or oxidation). If used properly, heating materials crashing and extruding furnace lining will occur. Therefore, the use of furnace lining has definite time limit. It mainly depends on the condition in the process.

  1. 炉衬一旦发生裂纹,如果是打结炉衬,裂纹不超过2mm时必须及时用打结料填补,如果裂纹超过2mm以上,必须重新打结炉衬;如果是装配式炉衬必须更换。所以用户必须实际情况采取必要措施,千万不要草率行事,引起不必要的后果,烧坏感应器。

Once furnace lining appears fissure, if it is rammed lining, use knotting materials to fill timely when the fissure is not over 2mm, otherwise, conduct the rammed lining again; if it is fabricated furnace lining, change it. So user must take necessary measures as per the actual condition, do not be hasty for which may lead to unnecessary results and burning out the inductor.

  1. 感应器在加热过程中,感应器内会积累很多因加热工件脱落下来的氧化皮。如果炉衬有损伤,或者有裂纹,裂口,如不及时清理,一是容易打火,造成中频电源过流保护,二是容易击穿感应器线圈和引起感应器匝间短路。因此,感应器炉内的氧化皮至少每班(8小时)清理一次。

In the inductor there may be many oxide skins shedding because of heating the workpiece collected during the heating process, if the furnace lining has damage, or has fissure, split, if clearing behind time, it may easily strike a light to result in medium frequency power overcurrent protection, and it may also easily breakdown the inductor coils and lead to inductor turn-to-turn short circuit. Therefore, the oxide skins in the inductor furnace should be cleaned at least once per shift (8 hours).

  1. 透热感应器线圈通常是通水的,而它所产生的热量主要用水冷来带走。所以必须有足够的水流量和水压,才能保证感应器的铜管流过必要的水量。因此冷却水的工作压力应不低于0.2-0.3Mpa,进水温度小于35℃,出水温度小于55℃,冷却水必须进行软化处理。如果水压不够,就会造成感应器线圈气化,发热。如不及时发现,铜管就会破裂,水外溢。而感应器又处于高温工作情况下,此时,很可能会发生爆炸,所以,感应器水冷却极为重要。

Generally diathermanous inductor coil can have water through, the heat it produces is mainly taken away by cold water, so efficient water flow and water pressure must be kept to ensure that the copper pipe of the inductor flows past necessary water volume. Therefore, the working pressure of the cold water should not be lower than 0.2-0.3Mpa, water inlet temperature less than 35℃, water outlet temperature less than 55℃, the cold water must conduct softening process. If the water pressure is not enough, it may lead to inductor coil gasifying and emitting heat. If it is not timely found, the copper pipe will fracture and the water will be overfall. At the time, the inductor is under the condition of high temperature working, it is certain to explode, so the inductor cooled by water is so important.

  1. 刚投入生产的新制感应器,接通电源后,必须低功率烘烤(一般在30KW左右),并在感应炉内放置加热工件,时间为8小时左右。其原因是,生产厂家在调试过程中,感应器内必须要通水,调试完毕后,感应器铜管内肯定还有残留水。特别在冬天,还有可能就会结成很薄的冰。所以,感应器肯定是潮的。为了保证炉衬使用寿命,新投入生产的感应器,一定要低功率烘烤,2小时后再大功率开始生产。

Brand-new inductors which are just put on production, after connecting the power, must roast with low power (generally at about 30KW), and place the heating workpiece into the induction furnace, the time will be about 8 hours. The reason for this is that during the debugging process by manufacturer there must be water through in the inductor, after it finished, there is certainly residuary water in the copper pipe of the inductor. Especially in winter, it is possible that there will be thick ice. Therefore, the inductor is certainly hygric. In order to ensure the working life of the furnace lining, the new inductor put on production must roast with low power, 2 hours later can it be produced with high power.

  1. 感应器内水冷导轨,实际上是加热工件的运动轨道,它一直处于高温下工作。如通水不足或水压不够,就会产生气化,烧红,变形,加热工件就无法从感应器内通过。因此,水冷导轨的水冷也极为重要。

The water-cooled guide in the inductor is actually the motion track for heating workpiece, it is working under high temperature all the time. Therefore, water cooling is so important.

  1. 8.      水冷导轨在使用过程中是有磨损的,一般水冷导轨的壁厚是2mm。因此,水冷导轨使用是有一定期限的。如果磨损过多,必须更换。否则一旦漏水,就会造成炉衬的急冷,直接影响炉衬使用效果。在使用过程中如果出现渗水,必须马上停机进行更换后方可正常工作。

There will be attrition during the process of using water-cooled guide, generally the wall thickness of the water-cooled guide is 2mm. So there is definite time limit for using the water-cooled guide. Change it if the attrition is too much, or once water leaks, it may lead to sudden cooling of the furnace lining, which may directly influence the using effects of the furnace lining. When water seepage happens during the using process, immediately stop to change, then it can normally work.
