中重型商用车辆燃料消耗量模拟程序使用说明Description of usage of medium/heavy duty commercial vehicle fuel consumption simulation program

与上一版模拟程序相比,该版程序主要在以下几个方面进行了改进:In comparison with the previous edition of simulation program, this edition of program has several aspects of improvement as follows:

增加计算等速油耗功能.Adding of calculation function of constant speed fuel consumption.

修改风阻系数:货车及半挂车0.8;客车0.65.Modification of windage resistance coefficient: 0.8 for truck and semi-trailer; 0.65 for bus.

增加另存输出文件功能. Adding of save-as function for output file.

增加瞬时油耗图及放大功能. Adding of instantaneous fuel consumption diagram and enlarge function.

美化程序界面及车型示意图. Beautification of program interface and vehicle model schematic diagram.

修正模拟计算界面显示文件路径. Correction of simulation calculation interface display file route.

修正输出报告格式. Correction of format of output report

为企业保密起见,删除内置的车型信息.用户选择相应企业后,点击”下一步”,新增加车型进行计算.For the sake of confidence of enterprise, built-in vehicle model information has been cancelled. After selecting relevant enterprises, users click “Next Step” to proceed with calculation of newly added vehicle model.

模拟软件开发工具Simulation software development tools

双击”中重型商用车燃料消耗量模拟系统安装程序.exe”,如图1所示.然后点击”下一步”及”同意”,输入程序序列号,直到提示程序安装已经完成.程序默认的安装路径是C:\Program Files\中重型商用车燃料消耗量模拟系统.在安装目录文件夹内,双击文件”中重型商用车燃料消耗量模拟系统.exe”运行模拟程序.Double click “medium/heavy duty commercial vehicle fuel consumption simulation system installation program.exe”, as shown in figure 1. Then click “Next Step” and “Agree”, input program serial number, until it is prompted that the program installation has been completed. The default program installation route is C:\Program Files\ medium/heavy duty commercial vehicle fuel consumption simulation system. In file folder of installation directory, double click file “medium/heavy duty commercial vehicle fuel consumption simulation system.exe” to run simulation program.

程序组成Program constitution

安装完成的程序主要由执行程序,输入文件,输出文件,界面图片,数据库文件等部分组成,如图2 所示.Program of which installation has been completed mainly consists of parts such as executive program, input file, output file, interface photo, database file and etc, as shown in figure 2.

程序运行前需要读入输入文件和自带的数据库,其中输入文件需要用户自己编辑,并且有着特定的格式要求.Before running program, it is necessary to read in input file and built-in database, in which input file is edited by users themselves, and has special format requirements.

程序主要组成文件Main files constituting program

输入文件包括传动系文件,发动机反拖扭矩文件,发动机万有特性文件,发动机转速文件,发动机最大扭矩文件及滑行阻力文件六个txt文件,如图3~图8所示.Input file includes six txt files such as driving train file, engine reverse-drive torque file, engine universal characteristic file, engine rotation speed file, engine maximum torque file and coasting resistance file, as shown in figure 3-8.

示例Examples

这些文件的内容应按照规定格式要求输入,具体要求如下:Contents of these files should be inputted as per format requirement specified, detailed requirements are as follows:

文本内数据间用一个Tab键隔开.整个数据左,右侧不要有空格;头部和末尾不要有空行数据.Data in text are separated from each other by Tab key. There should be no space at left/right side of whole data; head and end should be free from blank line data.

指示头文件按照图3~图8书写.Indication header file should be written as per figure 3-8.

数据为排序数据,排列规律如图3~图8所示.Data are sorted data, regularity of sorting is shown in figure 3-8.

发动机万有特性文件如图5所示,转速从小到大排列;转速相同时,扭矩由大到小排列.在万有特性文本中,每一系列扭矩对应的转速点必须相同;Engine universal characteristics file is shown as per figure 5, rotation speeds are arranged in order from small to large; when rotation speeds are identical, torques are arranged in order from large to small. In universal characteristics text, rotation speed points corresponding to each series of torque must be identical;

滑行阻力文件格式如图8所示.滑行阻力文件前两行是环境条件;其后每行输入滑行时记录的车速V和对应的从V+ΔV减速到V-ΔV时间,格式要求和上文相同.Coasting resistance file format is shown in figure 8. The first two lines of coasting resistance file are environmental conditions; each line thereafter is input of vehicle speed V recorded during coasting and corresponding time for deceleration from V+ΔV to V-ΔV, format requirements are identical with above paragraphs.

图9是程序的输出计算结果文件,用户可以在此文件里查看燃料消耗量模拟的详细信息.Figure 9 is the output calculation results file of program, user can look for detailed information of fuel consumption simulation in the file.

程序输入文件按格式输入完成以后,执行程序可以模拟相应车型的燃料消耗量.程序运行后,首先会看到如下图10 所示界面.After completion of input of program input file as per format, execution program can simulate fuel consumption of relevant vehicle models. After running program, the interface shown in figure 10 as follows can be seen first.

图10是程序初始界面,点击左上角”企业信息”进入下一步.Figure 10 is initial interface of program, click “Enterprise Information” on the left upper corner to enter into the Next Step.

显示企业信息和车型Display of enterprise information and vehicle model

右边框选择企业名称.如果没有相应企业,单击新增企业信息可以逐条添加新企业信息,添加完后保存即可.点击下一步选择”是”,填写新增企业的车型参数.Select enterprise name from right-border. In case there is no relevant enterprise, add new enterprise information item by item by clicking adding new enterprise information, and save after completion of adding. Click the Next Step and select “Yes”, fill out vehicle model parameter of newly added enterprise.

右边框单击选择企业名称,左上框会显示企业信息,如果有错误,直接修改保存即可.左下框显示选择企业的车型库,单击选择要模拟的车型,单击下一步;如果没有要模拟的车型,点击下一步选择”是”,填写要新增模拟的车型数据.Click right-border to select enterprise name, left upper border will show enterprise information, if there is error, modify directly and save. Left lower border shows vehicle model library of selected enterprise, click to select the vehicle model to be simulated, click Next Step; if there is no vehicle model to be simulated, click Next Step and select “Yes”, fill out data of additional vehicle model to be simulated.

选择完车型后,单击”下一步”,进入汽车技术参数界面.After selecting vehicle model, click “Next Step” and enter into technical parameter interface of vehicle.

显示实车参数Display of parameters of physical vehicle

如图12所示,带红色*号项为必填项,需要核对无误.对于”额定载客(含驾驶员)”一栏,客车需要填写,而半挂牵引车和载货车则填写为零;对于”最大设计牵引质量”一栏,半挂牵引车需要填写,而其它两种车则填写为零.界面缺少的实车参数,用户自己可以直接填写,然后保存,进入”下一步”模拟运算计算界面.As shown in figure 12, items marked with red * are items required to be filled out, and are required to be verified as correct. It is required to fill out the column “rated passenger capacity” (including driver) for bus, and fill it out with zero for semi-trailer traction vehicle and truck; it is required to fill out the column “maximum design traction mass” for semi-trailer traction vehicle, and fill it out with zero for the other two types of vehicle; for physical vehicle unavailable in interface, user can fill out directly by themselves, then save, and enter “Next Step” simulation calculation interface.

选取轮胎规格或输入滚动半径Select tyre specification or input rolling radius

在”请选择轮胎规格”方框内输入模拟车型的轮胎型号,程序会计算出滚动半径;如果缺少轮胎规格直接输入滚动半径和轮胎类别.Input tyre model of simulation vehicle model in box “Please select tyre specification”, the program will calculate rolling radius; if tyre specification is unavailable, input rolling radius and tyre category directly.

读取编写文件Reading/writing of file

单击模拟运算计算界面上的读取文件按钮,程序弹出如图14 所示对话框,逐步单击确认格式,下面方框会显示用户自己编辑的输入文件数据,请用户确认数据和格式的正确性;如果格式错误,程序会报错,请用户在输入文件夹中按照3.1 的格式要求修改输入文件中相应文件的格式,点击重置文件再次逐步确认格式.数据确认无误及格式不再报错后,点击确定返回键.Click reading-file button on simulation calculation interface, the program will pop up dialogue box shown in figure 14, click to determine format step by step, the following box will show input file data edited by users themselves, and ask users to confirm correctness of data and format; in case of format error, the program will report error, and ask user to modify the format of relevant files in input files as per the format requirements of 3.1 in input file folder, and click reset file to confirm format step by step again. After confirmation that data is free from error and format is free from error report, click confirmation return key

点击计算燃料消耗量Click calculation of fuel consumption

计算燃料消耗量结果Calculation fuel consumption results

单击”点击计算”键,计算燃料消耗量结果并且生成包含计算结果的文本文件,默认保存在安装目录的”输出文件”下,用户也可以点击”输出文件另存”键,选择其他路径保存.Click “Click to Calculate” key, calculate fuel consumption results and generate text file containing calculation results, which is saved under “Output File” of installation directory by default, use can also click “Save-as Output File” key, and select other routes to save.

点击”打印报告”和”打印附图”键,可打印报告和附图.如用户装有虚拟打印机,可将报告和附图保存在电脑中.Report and attached figure can be printed by clicking “Print Report” and “Print Attached Figure” keys. If user is installed with virtual printer, it is possible to save report and attached figure in computer.
