1.0   Purpose 目的

          The purpose of this procedure is to provide for a system, instructions and to assure that the applicable requirements of the Customers specifications and the ASME Code for items manufactured by BPS are correctly translated into drawings, procedures, specifications and reports.

     为保证图纸、程序、规范和报告的内容能正确反映出客户对英伦管架有限公司(BPS)产品的规范要求,以及美国机械工程师协会ASME的相关适用要求,本程序特为此提供了一套体系和指导说明。

2.0     Scope 范围

This procedure applies to the generation, approval and control of design and manufacturing documentation.

本程序适用于设计和生产文件的生成、审批和控制。

3.0  Documentation      文件编制

3.1         Design documentation comprises of 设计文件编制包括:

  • Design plan 设计计划
  • Design input 设计输入
  • Design report 设计报告
  • Design verification report 设计验证报告
  • Load capacity data sheet 载荷能力数据表
  • Design report summary 设计报告总结

3.2         Manufacturing documentation comprises of 生产文件包括:

  • General arrangement drawings 总布局图
  • Nuclear engineering standards 核工程标准

4.0         Design Documentation 设计文件编制

4.1     Design plan 设计规划

The design plan defines the requirements to ensure uniform methods of conducting project design work are applied.

为保证项目设计工作在统一的方法下实施,该设计规划明确了相关要求。

          It identifies the relationships and responsibilities necessary to follow specific method and accomplish design activities and defines and directs the design activities within the Engineering Department.

     设计规划工作明确了必要的关系和责任,以便遵循特定的方法以及完成设计活动,并确定和指导了工程部门内的设计活动。

4.2     After receipt of specific project related information from the responsible Contract Engineer, (NQAP 03/01 refers - client technical, design specifications, scope of supply etc) the                                  PSG Engineering Director will nominate a Design Engineer for preparation of a design plan.

4.3         Upon receipt, the design specification will be reviewed by the responsible design                                                     engineer and PSG Engineering Director against our standard design basis to establish the                                 required design criteria and against the requirements of NCA 3252 by reference to FN04/05                                         ‘Checklist for review of design specifications’.

     收到设计规范后,责任设计工程师和管架集团工程总监(PSG)将对照我方标准设计基础,对设计规范及进行审查,以确立所需的设计标准,并对照NCA3252的要求,参见FN04/05“设计规范审查检查清单”

          The design plan defines the specific technical requirements and specifications that will be utilized during design activities for a specific project.

设计规划确定了特定项目设计活动期间采用的,特定技术要求和规范。

          The design plan will be approved by the PSG Engineering or Technical Director.

设计规划由管架集团工程总监(PSG)或技术总监批核。

          The design plan may be revised during the design activity to accommodate for example revisions to client technical requirements. The responsible design engineer will review the revised technical specification and modify the design plan accordingly. All such revisions will be approved by the PSG Engineering or Technical Director.

设计规划将在设计活动期间进行修订,以适应经过修订的要求,例如经修订的客户技术要求。责任设计工程师将审查经修订的技术规范,并对设计规划作相应修改。所有上述修订文件将由管架集团工程总监(PSG)或技术总监批核。

          The design plan will be revised to reflect latest approval dates of the various documents to signify that the design activity has been successfully concluded.

5.0     Design Input 设计输入

 

5.1     Design inputs are those criteria, parameters or other design requirements upon which the detailed final design is based. These inputs will be specified in the Design Specification, Quality Standards and other technical documents. A design input is the technical information or data which allows for adequate development and completion of design document.

     设计输入是最终施工设计所依据的准则、参数、或其它要求。这些输入数据将在设计规范、质量标准和其他技术文件中说明。设计输入是设计文件开发和完成所需的技术性信息或数据。

5.2.1  Design specifications received from the client will be reviewed for adequacy by the PSG Engineering Director and Design Engineer to ensure all relevant data is available to allow the design process to proceed. Further clarification from the client will be requested if information received is insufficient or incomplete to allow the design activity to proceed.

     客户提交的设计规范,将由管架集团工程总监(PSG)和设计工程师进行审查,审查其完备性,以确保已经获得所有相关资料,保证设计工作的进行。如果客户所提交的信息不够充分,或不够完整,无法保证设计活动的顺利进行,则需要客户进一步加以澄清。

5.2.2  In accordance with client’s instructions, BPS may generate a design specification as per NCA-3256(b). In this instance the design specification will be submitted to the client in accordance with their requirements for acceptance and approval. A design report summary sheet (FN04/01-06) will be prepared by the design engineer to indicate that all aspects of the design have been incorporated within the design specification and associated reports (NCA3551.3).

          The design input sheet will be subject to review by either design engineer not responsible for its generation or PSG Engineering Director and approval by the Technical Director

     设计输入表由设计工程师(非负责设计输入表的工程师),或管架集团工程总监(PSG)审查,并由技术总监核准。

5.3         Design inputs are documented on the Design Input Sheet (FN04/01-02).

     设计输入数据将保存在设计输入表中(FN04/01-02)

5.4     Customer specifications will be filed with the design documents. Informal information provided by Customers i.e. email will be recorded in the deign file & the Design Engineer will notify the Customer that information received will form the basis of design input data.

          Other design inputs such as Codes, Standards and Publications which are readily available do not have to be retained in the design file.

5.5     Changes to approved design input, including the reason for the changes, shall be identified, approved, documented and controlled.

6.0         Design Output 设计输出

6.1     Design output prepared and used by BPS shall include Design Reports (FN04/01-03), Load capacity data sheets (LCDS) (FN04/01-05) and Manufacturing Documentation i.e. General arrangement drawings and nuclear engineering standards.

          LCDS will be prepared as per the requirements of NCA 3551.2.

6.2         Design Reports/ LCDS. 设计报告/载荷能力数据表

(1) Design Reports and LCDS shall be provided to ensure the structural integrity of pipe supports and compliance with the Code and Customer specifications.

应提供设计报告和载荷能力数据表(LCDS),确保管架的结构整体性,并确保符合规范和客户规范的要求。

The design report shall include stress analysis and/or calculations and identification of manufacturing drawing used in pipe supports construction.

设计报告中应包括应力分析,以及/或制造管架所使用的制造图的说明。

LCDS reports specify the allowable design and service limit loadings and reference the appropriate nuclear engineering standard applicable to the component being reported.

载荷能力数据表(LCDS)报告规定了允许的设计和应用极限载荷,并参考了适用于报道所述元件的适当核工程标准。
